+ - Good books to get into Business Process Management

In order to stay current in the always changing world of business I want to look more deeply into process analysis and process management. Up to now I uses a learning by doing approach but want to get more formal knowledge. Do any slashdotters have recommendations for good resources (online and offline) and books to deepen my knowledge in this area?"
