PantherSE (588973) writes "The State of California's Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has acknowledged that it accidentally published 14,000 Social Security numbers online for nine days last month.

Between HIPPA, PCI, and the many initiatives out there, one would think these type of issues are a thing of the past."
