destinyland writes "Sunday night, Amazon quietly announced they'd be discounting their Kindle Fire tablets for Cyber Monday, even while they're still sold out of their Kindle Paperwhite. Its web page announces that Amazon won't be shipping any new Paperwhites until December 21st — and a few days days ago, Amazon even posted that their $69 Kindle would be expected to ship "in 1 to 2 weeks". Now that that Kindle is back in stock, Amazon's still limiting orders to just two per customer."
