Submitted by destinyland
destinyland (578448) writes "The physical stores that sell Amazon's Kindles aren't allowed to offer discounts, so instead they're bundling them with free "gift cards" on Black Friday worth up to $30. OfficeMax, Staples, Office Depot, and Best Buy have all officially announced their plans for "stealth discounts" on the Kindle (and OfficeMax is also offering a 40% discount on Kindle cases), and Best Buy's discount is $5 higher than the other stores, meaning you can buy a first-generation, 7-inch Kindle Fire for just $129.
