+ - Patent chief claims "The system works"->

Submitted by Taco Cowboy
Taco Cowboy (5327) writes "David J. Kappos is the director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

On a recent interview, Mr. Kappos claimed that the many "I sue you, you sue me" patent wars that were waged in the smartphone sphere indicates that "The System Works".

I for one do not know from which planet Mr. Kappos originated.

A side note: Can't wait for Mr. Kappos' comment on Microsoft's "secret patent" racket against companies that use Linux"
