alphadogg (971356) writes "Jeannette Wing, a prominent computer science, security and privacy researcher, has been named head of Microsoft Research International. Wing has held key jobs in academia and government, most recently at Carnegie Mellon University and the National Science Foundation. She will report to Microsoft Chief Research Officer Rick Rashid. Among Wing's focus areas: Computational Thinking."
