wiredmikey writes: Today j2 Global, the company best known for its eFax service and other online tools for businesses, announced that it has acquired Ziff Davis, Inc., the tech publisher behind web properties, including PCMag.com, ComputerShopper, ExtremeTech, Toolbox.com and Geek.com. j2 Global will pay $167 Million in cash in the deal, and the addition of Ziff Davis is expected to add about $60 million in revenue in 2013 for j2.
