judgecorp writes "The Nasdaq is reported to be planning compensation for people who lost out during the Facebook IPO. The Wall Street Journal says it's going to offer discounted fees to people. Obviously, these are the clients who lost when the Nasdaq's systems failed, not the people who lost when the Facebook share price tumbled."
