An anonymous reader writes "I work in a small engineering consultancy and don't trust my bosses technical or managerial expertise. Somehow he's been in business for about 12 years, but I suspect this is more through blind luck and supply-and-demand than through skill.

Shit seems to keep hitting the fan recently with more projects heading south due to incompetence; taking on jobs that are poorly planned, extremely rushed jobs, projects we have no expertise in.

What should I do, ride it out or bail."
