NSN A392-99-964-5927 writes: Leading neuroscientists believe that the UK Government may be about to sanction the development of nerve agents for British police that would be banned in warfare under an international treaty on chemical weapons.

Now whilst researching this further there is now this publication and having read the pdf, I find it quite shocking, especially as the riots in Greece over austerity measures; these banned agents were used against the public.

The bigger picture suggests; that the UK government is taking potential precautions against massive protests and possible rioting as a real threat.
