Canonical Kills Kubuntu

  • First off, I doubt very much that this will "kill" Kubuntu. For one thing, KDE is used by many people on many distros.

    Second, to me this sounds like the dumbest thing they've done since Unity itself. In a recent interface test, both new users and experienced users had a clear preference for KDE over either Unity or Gnome.

    I don't know where Shuttleworth's head is, but it doesn't seem to be in the same world as the rest of us right now.
