symbolset (646467) writes "ITC administrative law judge Theodore Essex is overseeing the case Apple brought against Motorola Mobility. He has found Moto didn’t violate Apple’s rights on the three patents at issue in an initial determination. The judge’s findings are subject to review by the six-member commission."
