itwbennett writes "Germany has set its sights on being one of the largest European PEV (plug-in electric vehicle) markets by 2020, and has set a goal of having 1 million PEVs on the roads by 2020. And, the German government is putting its money where its mouth is, allocating $700 for research and demonstration of EV projects."
