Greaves, the controversial self-published author who released a book on Amazon.com outlining the most effective methods for engaging in pedophilia, has been arrested. The felony warrant, issued in Florida by Sheriff Grady Judd, was executed in Colorado, where he awaits transport. While the subject matter is of particular sensitivity, Christopher Finan, the President of the American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression, has argued that the book falls under the purview of free speech, as the book contains no pictures and cannot be classified as child pornography.     First Amendment, and then FEDERAL authority to regulate Interstate Commerce.

    The Colorado-based man was arrested for selling a special autographed copy of the book to a person in Polk, FL, that EXPLICITLY ASKED FOR IT. This type of transaction falls within the purvey of the federal government, not a local county government.

    So right now, you have some county judge attempting to usurp federal authority, and violate the constitution.

    Throw the judge in prison, remove him from all position of power and remove his pension.

    Arrest all officers involved on the same charges, remove their powers and pensions.

    I hate to defend an undoubtedly sick fuck, but this involves everybody's freedoms as well as what little bit of decent use there is left in the Commerce Clause.

    Thought crime is not a crime. It might be sick and twisted, but until acted upon, it is no crime.
