linuxrocks123 (905424) writes "In another example of the detrimental effects of software patents on the industry and in a stark change from Sun's management of Java, Oracle has filed a software patent suit against Google over its use of the Dalvik virtual machine in Android. Dalvik is a JVM designed for use on memory-constrained devices."
