ylecoyote (1703076) writes "It looks like someone has hacked the twitter.com DNS as the primary A record for twitter.com is pointing to 66.147.242.88.

The lookup on that IP address shows the following:
IP address: 66.147.242.88
Host name: box488.bluehost.com"
