ElectricSteve writes "Acer has officially announced an Android-based smartphone called the Liquid, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor, which is available in 1.0GHz and 1.3GHz varieties. While HTC are rumored to have a similar device in the making, this will be the first Snapdragon/Android (Snandroid?) phone to market."
