Axewhlder's Journal: How do I become a Dell VAR?

It's like a search for the holy grail. I've seen all these people selling Dell's on ebay and making a ton of cash off of it. I'm a pretty active ebay seller but I dont have any big money items. So, I've searched google a few times and didnt come up with much. All I got was copy for the dell VAR contract from 2002. Obviously not much of a help. So, for those who are reading this my question is what the title states.. "how do I become a Dell VAR?" Any info is very appreciated.
