I find it amusing that I now have 2 freaks. The only reason I can think of that I would acquire people that consider me foes is that I sometimes express my Christian views in my comments. If this is the case, I find it pretty funny. It's pretty sad that some of these people just sit around and look for Christians, modding them down and making them foes. What a waste of energy. Haha.

I can't remember why I added you to my "Friends" list (Making me your 'fan'), but I assume you said something interesting. In fairness, I wouldn't have added someone to my friends list for being nice about religion. But maybe I did?

I didn't say that I was perfect. I just said that is the only reason I could think of... this does not mean there is a reason that I *haven't* thought of. Both times I got a foe, it was around the same time I posted a pro-Christian comment, so I'm just going by that, and the fact that the people that have me as foes have other obvious Christians on their foe list. But I may be terribly wrong in my assumption, who knows. I think it's silly to have foes anyway, but that is just me. And you don't have to b

especially if the reason is not obvious. If you don't get a cordial answer, it's for the best anyway.

I usually foe somebody if the person appears to hate something (non-/.) I identify with. I regularily search for usernames and comments relating to certain uncommon (to /.) topics, and befriend/foe accordingly. I friend anybody I encounter who was born in or currently resides in Louisiana. I befriend my real-life friends. I befriend any fans.

Anything else is impulsive.

I would try asking them... but neither has their email addy listed. It's not that big of a deal anyway really.

And yep, I live in Louisiana. =) I've seen you on my friends list and checked out your profile and stuff, but you're the only fellow Louisianain (sp?) I've seen on slashdot.

Good for you for standing up for what you believe in. It is good to see someone who is willing to speak Truth in a public forum which seems to be populated by people who are in general atheistic/agnostic, and who look for the first opportunity to jump on someone for even remotely showning a pro-christian worldview.

BTW... fun web page. I thought it looked really bad at first, but then I switched to IE (was using firefox) and it looks fine.

And thanks about my site. I've never tried looking at it from something other than IE truthfully... so I don't know how it looks elsewhere. I need to download Mozilla or something...
