That video clip had about 1 minute of people talking and saying "racism" or various words similar to it. Of that, roughly half is the time after the bit with the owner of the LA Clippers - hence 30 seconds. If we say that it takes.5 seconds to say "racism", then we can say it was said 60 times in the past 6 days on their network. That breaks down to only 10 times per day that someone - not even necessarily someone who works for MSNBC, but just someone who was on the air there - said the word.
Math is fundamental. In this case, simple math shows that you are taking a mole hill no larger than the one you have yourself created with your own words, and calling it Mount Everest.
