Journal Chacham's Journal: Puzzle: Colored hat contest. All in one row. 2

My younger brother asked me this one. I'll rearrange it for understandability. This is one of those colored hat questions. A nice spin though.

A) The contest:
----------------
i) Is competed by teams.
ii) Teams consist of ten people.
iii) The team with the most points wins.

B) When competing the each person on the team must:
---------------------------------------------------
i) Stand in one long row
ii) All face the same direction.

C) Everybody on the team:
---------------------------
i) Is given a hat to wear (they do not see it, it is just put on their head).
ii) All hats are either blue or yellow.
iii) There is no limit on any color.
iv) There is no ratio.
v) Thus, all hats can be of one color, or any distribution therein.

D) When competing the each person on the team can:
---------------------------------------------------
i) See the color of the hats of all people in front of him.
ii) Hear what everyone says the color of his own hat is.

E) When competing the each person on the team cannot:
------------------------------------------------------
i) Cannot see the color of his own hat.
ii) Cannot see the color of the hats of the people behind him.

F) Points are awarded by:
------------------------------------------------------
i) Correctly identifying the head on one's own head. (One point per identification.)

G) Logistical:
-----------------
i) The last person is asked first, then the person in front of him, and so on.
ii) Nobody is told if they are correct or not before the end.

First I'd want to find out how points are scored

If you have a procedure with 10 parameters, you probably missed some.
