I have -no- freakin' idea of what the hell you're talking about.

However, Google turned up some stuff on the Nordic tribes and the like, so it looks like it would involves things like a lot of booze and really awesome and mean bachanalian orgy like thingys.

So, go! Belgthor whatever.

And hey, is it by any chance related to the other Nordic Gods (like, the evil cool Icelandic Mighty Thor?) - they seem to share the same last name.

And oh, find someone who might want to exchange those modpoints for some beer ;
