Oh well, guess someone's out to "get" me. I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't affect my posting capabilities. It does limit that, doesn't it? Not too much to worry about, my karma is still "good". I guess this calls for a feature request of no moderating comments in one's own journal. Moderating in JEs does seem kind of ridiculous overall.

That's all five of someone's mod points for a while. You can make back five points in a week, easy. Much faster than one person can waste their mod points. I think I'm being modded down because of my (somewhat scattershot) anti-Bush .sig, but I'm sure my karma never drops more than a couple of points below the max for long.

The odds are the person who -mod'd Chacham will never mod again. I have heard, and noticed, that the system seems to remove mod capabilities from folks that -mod the same person. I cannot mod anymore since I -mod'd redundant one fellow 5 times in the same article for posting the same post each time.

So, there are obviously bugs, but it does not seem to like you using all your mod points on the same user.

On you anti-bush sig, I doubt many would -mod you for that. Probably foe you for being an anti-Bush z

Yeah, I've been getting foed a bit lately. More than when I was running the "Just vote the same as last time, that should get rid of Bush" sig. Frankly I'm suprised that people still display .sigs -- I turned them off years ago.

I generally do not post in stories though, and even when i do, it's generally after i've received the newsletter (unless i'm bored and trying to troll). So, i probably wouldn't receive them back so quickly.

I care because the lower numbers, should it get drastic, IIRC affect posting capabilities. Besides, i need that extra bonus point should i try to troll. :)
