This weekend I was hit with plaxo and orkut requests from someone who lives relatively close, but I have not spoken to or received an email from in ... hm ... over six months. I refuse! I will not let my friendships be dictated by polite form-letter emails!

Went hiking today with Loopy and Jeff, same place as last year. We didn't see another person the entire time (nice), but we did get to see (in the distance) Shasta, Lassen, Sutter Buttes, Sacramento, Davis, and cows. It was a perfect hiking day.
