Ralp's Journal: Gentoo?

I invented the "I use Gentoo; how does this affect me??" troll, although I am not especially proud of this, and moreover I am honestly sorry if anyone actually knows what I am talking about. With in 4 posts it has already been imitated at least once, and (defying all logic) been moderated in one instance +2 Funny.
I'd like to claim that it is meant as some sort of parody of a clueless self-centered Slashdotter, or perhaps a clever commentary on Gentoo zealots (whom I do enjoy trolling), but no, it was just a random bit of first post nonsense that I posted after staying up all night in order to be silly. Oh well, I've always sort of wanted to join the cool kids who write in their Slashdot Journals, but never had anything to write.
(Though not especially relevant, I use Gentoo, and I have a cat.)
