Why is it most of time when you are talking to sombody such as a nerd they usually turn out to be a stoner? Also which drugs are most appealing to the nerd and geek communities, I know that there are some computer geeks and nerds that will take some LSD and then just stare at fractals rendering themselves for hour and hours and hours. I personally think that people like nerds would tend to lean more towards marijuana than LSD or psilocybin mushrooms because of the effects they have, because some freaks just don't like to kill their brain cells

I suspect your survey of who uses drugs and who doesn't is more a reflection of your social haunts or work environment. I myself have never used drugs (excluding alcohol) and have never even tried marijuana. I think you would find the same is true of most people at my day job.
