Here's a good way to block lots of SPAM (Score:4, Informative)

Add the following to your sendmail.mc file:

FEATURE(dnsbl,`bl.spamcop.net')dnl
then run
m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf

Works for me...doesn't block it all, but it seems to help a great deal.
