MotorOffRoad's Journal: I've got a LR Discovery 2 for off road

I've been modified my old Land Rover Discovery 2 to suit my need for off-road. I've made it 60mm wider with some wheel spacers. The suspension dampers and springs are all changed. The lifting kit made it 2" higher. In the front, an ARB bumper holds a heavy electric Superwinch.
I am thinking of changing the battery also, and replace the original one with a Varta auto battery. I have made some research and the AGM batteries from Varta deliver maximum power in all the weather and all the road conditions.
