Couple thoughs... (Score:1)
Six men were arrested in the U.K. on suspicion of stirring racial hatred after they posted a video on the Internet in which they appear to burn two Qurans on Sept. 11, police said Thursday.
Are we not repeatedly told that Islam is not a race, but a religion (and of peace at that).
This is what you get when authoritarian leftists rule your country. Dissent cannot be allowed and must be crushed. Independent thought is dangerous to their power.

I don't care about Islam. It would be equally absurd if they got arrested for burning a Bible, a Union Jack or Dianetics.
It's a form of expression, nothing more and nothing less. The State can not ban such expression and then claim to uphold free speech.
Not-So-Great Britain (Score:2)
Britain has been on a self-imposed slide downwards since the end of WWII, and they jumped on it willingly. They eagerly embraced Clement Attlee's socialism and vision of total national governance. Thatcher only slowed them down a little.
