At first glance, it looked like a photo-a-day kind of blog. It's only upon clicking the title that you see there's an entire blog entry behind each image. If that's not necessarily the effect you're going for, having the first paragraph included below the image with a "read more" kind of link might make it more noob friendly. :)

Hopefully the new change with a "Read More" link will help out. I'd like to keep the format simple without any text on the front for most entries as the picture should say something on its own.
