Totalitarian Capitalism

  • For a "Marxist Hacker", he manages to sound amazingly like an ultra-conservative Catholic/fascist nutjob. Maybe slightly weighted in favour of "fascist nutjob".

    • I recall him saying before the origin of his name. Basically he does not claim to be a Marxist at all; I think the name is supposed to be read as something more like "hacker of Marxists" rather than "hacker who is a Marxist". So I will give him credit for that.
      • MARXIST-hacker rather than Marxist HACKER. Interesting. Thanks for pointing that out.

In any event, the idea of forcing some teenaged girl to bear her father's or uncle's child and I guess freaking marry him as well makes "repugnant" look pretty good in comparison.

He's trolling, or truly fucked up, or both.

Indeed. I seem to recall a past discussion where he brought that up himself. He touches on it in his profile statement as well [slashdot.org]:

Reluctantly I gave up Marxism for entrepreneurial Capitalism, then when that failed government work, then when that failed I got back into the rat race of contracting. I prefer distributism, and subsidiarity; but recently even my last Marxist Hero, Cardinal Reinhard Marx of Germany, came out in favor of promoting sexual immorality to increase his diocese funds from Germany's Church Tax.

He seems at war with logic, math, and other things as well. To what ends, I can not tell.

Your guess is as good as any on that one.

Congratulations, you actually said something factual this week!

Such is the liberty of math, and the math of liberty.

Unfortunately, neither statement connects to MH42's "math", as he did no math whatsoever and insisted that the actual math was wrong because he wanted to see different results. Multiple times I asked him how he came up with his numbers and his response every time was basically " ... " followed by changing the subject.

    • Is this chapter two of your treatise against equal rights being written into law?

      • Waiting for you to finish your chapter detailing how unequal things are somehow equal.
        • What does that mean? Well, nothing actually, it's just more trolling.... I still prefer to believe you aren't really a bigot.

What is it about people that makes them unequal to you and deserve bad treatment? You express a belief that some are *more equal than others*. Why? What is it about antebellum culture that appeals to you so much?

          • What does that mean?

The part where you desperately need to claim men are women, and vice versa [youtube.com]. The asymmetry is interesting. I can allow that I think your position is empirically useless (as it is) but tolerate it on libertarian grounds; your orthodoxy has all the flexibility of Islam in permitting any other opinion to exist. You must call me a bigot. Because #tolerance, I assume.
