Dreadrik's Journal: Hello Slashdot

So I finally registered an account. After serveral years being an observer only.

I guess I got a little heated up by a (not yet) very moderated thread, and had to speak my mind. Silly me. Instantly downmodded - and a bit unfairly too if I may say so myself.
My new account seems quite useless right now. Should probably go back to being an observer.

What's the point?

Congrats! The both of you are further ahead of the curve than you think! Realizing the utter borkedness of the moderation system currently employed here is the first important step towards enlightenment on Slashdot. Still got plenty ways to go, but you're over that first big hump. Carry on!

Well, I was using that word as a euphemism, not just straight up. YMMV.
