Of course, whether an individual kill is considered a murder ... that depends on who you ask as much as on the circumstances. It's complicated.

Yes, that is my favorite line also. The 'rightness' or 'wrongness' of killing is strictly personal. And yes, I do understand the concept of *killing out of necessity*, but that does not apply here.
