Baloo Uriza's Journal: Fixing painting problems in the Java OpenStreetMap Editor

I've posted a a new entry addressing a quesiton about a possible error with either the map data, or JOSM's validator. This particular multipolygon only includes outside pieces, in inners, due to the mall being spread out over several blocks.
