I often hear of libertarians saying that capitalism never occured so any bad things are because or the regulations.

Can anyone name some time in history when full-capitalism was around.

Its just another political football, or historical whack-a-mole. The people who claim to support "full capitalism" will always complain that there is something holding it back, be it pollution controls, seat belts, smoking laws, water quality acts, gun safety regulations, you name it. Hence they will always claim that whatever is wrong is because the "capitalist" philosophy is not met.

Stuff like that was about all the laws then, I can't think of many business laws during that era in the still wild areas. If you had an idea, you could do it.
