I often hear of libertarians saying that capitalism never occured so any bad things are because or the regulations.
Can anyone name some time in history when full-capitalism was around.

During the American western expansion. Pretty much not many laws about anything back then. If you rustled cattle and got caught, the locals would string you up. Stuff like that was about all the laws then, I can't think of many business laws during that era in the still wild areas. If you had an idea, you could do it. Banks were private, money was gold or skins or something else to barter, no building codes or anything like that, no income taxes, no photo ID cars to be presented on demand to some authority
