According to the Wall Street Journal, (available via a derived article at Macworld.com) Microsoft has retained Jerry Seinfeld as their new spokesman. Mac users might be quite amused, considering that (like many other TV shows) the set of Seinfeld always had a Macintosh prominently displayed in the background.

Also, as an aside: It seems that good-ol Billy G. himself is going to make an appearance in the new ads! So I guess we now know what the richest man in the world plans to do in his "retirement" years...
