Aren't people who just followed the order of state power and committed some serious crimes guilty after the state lost its political power?

  • I would believe they're guilty the moment they committed the act. The concept of not charging someone while he/she is a head of state is not right. They should be removed and tried immediately. Same for his accomplices. Since I'm not a great believer in throwing people into prison, in the case of those who follow orders, they should simply be removed from any position of authority. I could call them cowards for their failure to stand up to the authority that made the order. Or I could call them corrupt for
