Nice win by the US Men's National Team against Mexico last night. 2-0 again! And Donovan looks like he is back in business after a crap world cup.

Now we just need some friendlies against stronger teams outside CONCACAF (as do the Tricolores), so we don't suck again in 2010.

Walking off the field without shaking hands is a disgrace. I love that the US beat them even without bringing home very many Europe based players while Mexico brought all their big guns. I think the US has gotten too much flack over their World Cup performance, yes they got crushed by Poland, but I think they got screwed by the refs in both the Italy and Ghana games, bogus red cards and imaginary pk calls respectively. If they can't shake hands with their neighbor and traditional rival, how do they expect to compete on the world stage? La Seleccion Mexicana needs to make some big changes for that side to be competitive at all.
