So here is a case of a state legislator, who blew a .14, flashed his ID, and was thus not arrested for DUI. The Mothers Against Drunk Drivers think that's just fine, and in fact publicly support letting a .14 blower off with no consequences whatsoever.

  • They don't even try to hide the .14! I mean I'd be all, oh we thought the machine was broken! Heck I blew a 9.7 so I had to let him go... and besides someone came to get him just to be safe. I wonder though how bad the fight was when he got home that he felt it necessary to smack his wife around. To tell the truth she was a real bitch she needed that.
  • I don't even have to know the state to know that it wasn't mine. We are tough sonsabitches when it comes to DUIs. Sherif of nearby town got arrested by the state police for DUI. No mercy for a duce man.

    Because I was, AND I have 2 DUI arrests & convictions (one for EtOH, the other Heroine) 2 for 2 baby!

      But I CAN justly criticize MADD.

      What do you think would happen if I blew a .14, was let off without so much as a warning, went home, 'inappropriatly touched' my wife leading to a 9-1-1 call? Do you think MADD would issue a press release saying that was just swell, like they did for this guy?
