    But one of the fopunders has been running a dc project (Seventeen Or Bust) for a few years now.

      Yes, however there are going to be some feature that will need to be added, such as a way for them to offer certain amounts for certain licenses and a review board that can grade software, something like the Linus and his lieutenants.
  • I can only assume CSS support in Firefox is an example, because it seems to be pretty good already. Can you give another, more real example?
