binkzz's Journal: MP3 players for the blind?

Christmas is coming up soon, and I want to get my grandmother an mp3 player so she no longer has to work with her old cassettes and radios. The problem I find is that almost all mp3 players are tiny, with small screens and even smaller buttons. My grandmother's sight is not so good any more, and she's not very good with any form of technical equipment.

I would like to know if there are mp3 players for the visually impaired, or even children's mp3 players that could fit the bill?
