pezstar's Journal: Are silent screams audible?

Yesterday was one of those increasingly rare (for me) days where I was just sad and angry for no reason. I went through the list of things going on, but could find nothing that was really bothering me. I'm concerned about something, but it's not that big of a deal, and it wasn't what had me all emo yesterday. Tom said sometimes you just have emo days, and that it's ok.

But I'm sad today. And I don't know why. I'm hurting inside for no apparant reason. Go me.

For no reason whatsoever. Call it brain chemistry, call it fate, call it ka, call it Seasonal Affective Disorder, call it "getting up on the wrong side of the bed", call it Mary for all it matters. Some days just start bad and get worse.

The things that help me through those days are my husband, my dog, and my kitties. Sometimes distractions help, like playing games, or reading a good book, but some days just suck.

Get better. :)
