radiogeak's Journal: CommVault's restoration nightmare

I have been trying to restore Exchange 2003 data using Media Explorer (the only way to restore expired data on a different CommCell using CommVault Galaxy). Let me just say that the software can't get any worse. With horrible tech support and no documentation, its probably the most useless peice of software i've ever had to deal with.
