Journal bmetzler's Journal: Please don't forget Cindy Sheehan 10

Cindy Sheehan is on the verge of being forgotten by the media and lefties and cast out like yesterdays garbage. Let's not let that happen.

Cindy Sheehan's Latest Publicity Stunt at White House Denounced by Gold Star Parents and Military Families

Cindy Sheehan Vs. Bill Kristol?

The last one is the best. It is then that we find out that Cindy abruptly ended the interview when asked challenging rather then answering. "It was verified that Sheehan was still on the phone before opening questions to the audience (which we were unable to verify for ourselves, only Jerrick could hear the response in his ear piece), but once someone challenged her, Sheehan was suddenly gone and unable address the comments directed at her from the audience." What a coward.

  • And think, what the hell is a musical comedian doing giving his opinion on the news? (turns out, no relation, Billy Crystal, aka Falco, was the guy who put out the wonderfull Eurotrash Ballads Rock me Amadeus and Vienna Calling back in the 1980s, making "You look fabulous" into a household catch phrase and giving radio DJ's everywhere the ultimate records for a bathroom break (they were 15 minutes long and if you potted them down early, nobody noticed because the listeners were just so thankfull that you'd
  • Excellent finds. When she was set to speak here at the University of Maryland, a few of the local conservative talk show hosts decided to go down and ask questions at her Q&A session, only to be told the session was for Students and Alumni only.

Bad for them, all of the folks had Alumni cards on them, and were known to be Alumni of UMD. They were still turned away as they were considered 'representing the press and not upholding the passion of the event.'

God I love America and its one-sided view of the

  • tly. I liked the first one the best. When Cindy spews irrational rants ("You killed my son, George Bush, ..."), it's "newsworthy", but when she starts getting dangerously close to spoiling the news orgs' next presidential hopeful's dual mutually-exclusive message, then it's "not newsworthy".
  • Heh.

Nice try, but somehow I don't think the simple little clown act will continue to distract the public while the president's top men are embroiled in an investigation that is highlighting major ethical lapses and potentially criminal breaches of national security.

Rather telling, I suppose, that when Bush's Administration is finally being skewered alive over the grill like it should have been three years ago the best you can do for his defense is play stupid little distraction games. Oo oo! Look over here

Scooter Libby. Doesn't just seeing the name bring out the rage from your soul? Here you guys were supposed to have gotten indictments for all of the administration for various aspects of the Iraqi War, and all you got was one measly indictment. One measly indictment not only not rel

      • I don't know whether to laugh at the fact that you think the damage to this administration will stop and end with Libby - additional indictments or not - or the fact that you apparently don't even know what was being investigated...

        To reiterate:

        P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C.

I'm sorry... you had a... a what now? A man date? Where is he?

Oh oh oh... a "mandate". Yea, good luck finding it with that 39% backing you there guys.

Speaking of pathetic, who cares about that? Administrations come and go. What matters is the good of the country. And because I tend to think Conservative ideas are generally best, I vote for those who seem to subscribe to most of them. I don't care if they're Republican or Democrat. (Here's a little secret, at the risk of losing my ultra-right-wing-arch-conservative-neocon-nazi-fas cist-bigot-racist-homophobe-insensitive creds: I registered as a Democrat once, to be abl
