An anonymous reader writes "Some businesses see so little benefit in upgrading to Windows Vista they are planning to stay on XP as long as they can and wait for Vista's successor, according to this survey on silicon.com. Most of the rest of the CIOs in the survey plan to wait until at least 2009 before contemplating Vista, while just one CIO has plans to upgrade in the next 12 months."
