PeterMoody is curious about Apache's ability to scale. He writes: "I was asked to find every bit of documentation on hardware/software/how to/maintenance relating to scaling our web server. So, I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to pass along some information on a) good books to read b) sites to check out c) general purpose server scaling knowledge that one in my (or my bosses) position should be aware of."
